- How do I request a letter of invitation for my visa application?
- After you register and pay the conference fees, the letter of invitation will be sent to your mail automatically. However, you notice that your website will be able to regard our mail as a spam so please check your mail box in detail after the registration.
- How can I reserve my hotel room?
- The hotel reservation form can be downloaded from the Conference Hotels page of the website. Please click here for details of partner hotels.
- Will there be shuttle buses from hotels to the venue (BEXCO)?

Shuttle buses are available to conference participants that are staying in hotels that are not within walking distance to BEXCO. There are shuttle bus service 4 times a day from Paradise Hotel to BEXCO.

By Flight
Flights from Incheon International Airport to Gimhae International Airport take approximately 1 hour and depart 4 times a day in early mornings and in evenings.
By TrainKTX (Korea Train Express) traveling from ‘Incheon International Airport’ Station to the Busan Station departs 6 times a day. Travel time takes approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes. For more information, please visit Korail (KTX).
- What is the nearest airport to BEXCO?
- Gimhae International Airport is the nearest airport to BEXCO. It takes approximately 45-70 minutes from GimhaeInternational Airport to BEXCO depending on the means of transportation. Some cities outside Korea (i.e. Beijing, Tokyo, Manila, etc.) would have direct flights to Gimhae International Airport.
